Mysql search Vietnamese text

MySQL can not recognize Vietnamese key, for example: “my” and “mỹ” will be treated same.

If u want to search with Vietnamese key, you should convert the key to BINARY.

For example

SELECT * FROM hashtags WHERE hashtag LIKE '%mỹ'
